2. What data we collect

• Booking form: name, phone number, email (optional), age, pick-up and return dates and places, the car you chose, your notes.
• Contact or call-back form: name, phone, email and your message.
• Discount wheel and coupons: phone number, so we can assign and check the discount or returning-customer status.
• When you sign a rental contract: details from your ID document and driving licence.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, through server logs and Google cookies.

3. Why we use your data

• to confirm and carry out your booking or contract (basis: performance of a contract);
• to answer questions and call you back (basis: your request);
• to apply discounts and the loyalty programme (basis: your consent);
• to meet legal duties, accounting, insurance, requests from authorities after an accident or fine (basis: legal obligation);
• to measure advertising performance and improve the site (basis: legitimate interest).

We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.

4. How long we keep data

We keep data only as long as the purpose it was collected for requires. Contracts and accounting records are kept for the period set by law. Enquiries that did not become a booking and coupon data are deleted once they are no longer needed.

5. Cookies and local storage

The site stores your preferred language in your browser (localStorage) and uses Google Ads cookies to count calls and bookings that come from ads. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will keep working.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Email us at support@plusrent.md or call +373 60 000 500. If you believe your rights have been breached, you can complain to the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (datepersonale.md).

7. Data security

The site only works over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to bookings and the admin panel is protected by authentication and limited to the PlusRent team.

8. Children

PlusRent services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data about children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
