We operate an active fleet of 70+ vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Lexus, Porsche, Volkswagen, Skoda, Toyota) with a team of 8 full-time staff (dispatchers and drivers), all drivers are PlusRent employees, not freelancers. As of September 2026 we have completed 1754+ orders with a ★ 5.0 rating on Google (61 verified reviews), Trustpilot ★ 4.4 (11) and Tripadvisor ★ 5.0 (7).

PlusRent has been trading since 2022, now in its fourth year, from an office at str. Meșterul Manole 20, Chisinau MD-2044. We are a small team: the same people answer the phone, hand over the car and drive the transfers. We are not a platform that passes your booking to someone else, and the cars in the catalogue are ours.
Who drives
The drivers are our own employees, not occasional contractors. Each one has real time behind the wheel, and a good part of it was earned driving in Europe, on roads and under rules stricter than at home. Some of them hold European driving licences. We speak Romanian, Russian and English, which matters on transfers, at the border and with visitors from abroad.
What we commit to in writing
- No advance payment. You pay at the end, cash in lei or euro, or by card.
- The price quoted is the price paid. Possible extras, airport delivery or kilometres over the allowance, are told to you before you book.
- RCA insurance included in every rental, through licensed insurers in the Republic of Moldova.
- No security deposit from age 35 on rentals of 7 days or more within Moldova. Otherwise the deposit is refunded in full.

All PlusRent rates include third-party liability insurance (civil liability), 24/7 roadside assistance and 200 km/day. No hidden costs: the displayed price is the final price.

Are the cars yours or someone else's?
The fleet is ours and we maintain it ourselves. PlusRent is not a platform passing your booking to another supplier: the car you see in the catalogue is the car you get, technically checked and cleaned before every handover.
What insurance do the rental cars carry?
Compulsory RCA insurance is included in every rental rate, through licensed insurers in the Republic of Moldova. We do not work with a single company but with several, depending on the car. There is no CASCO on rental cars: what RCA covers and who pays after an accident is explained on our CASCO page.
Do I have to pay anything in advance?
No. You pay at the end of the service, cash in lei or euro or by bank card, across all five services. We do not hold a card at booking and we take no security deposit from drivers aged 35 and over on rentals of 7 days or more driven only within Moldova; otherwise the deposit is returned in full when the car comes back.
