What airport car rental costs

The car rate is the same as in town. Delivery to the terminal costs €15 and is not charged on rentals of 7 days or more during working hours. The Economy category starts at €30 a day for one or two days and comes down to €15 a day on rentals over 46 days. Dacia Duster crossover: €25 to €45 a day. Audi A4 business: €40 to €60 a day. Premium, meaning Audi A6, Lexus NX 300h and BMW X5: €50 to €90 a day.

What documents you need

A valid driving licence and an ID card or passport. The minimum age is 18. From 35 years old no security deposit is held; under 35 a refundable deposit is taken and returned in full when the car comes back in the same condition. A bank card is not required: you can pay cash, in lei or in euro.

Pick up at the airport, drop off in town

You can take the car at the airport and leave it in Chisinau, or the other way round, at no extra charge. If you are driving on to Romania, we can collect the car at Iasi Airport for €175.
